Muhammad Naqeeb Jaan

Muhammad Naqeeb Jaan has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Outsource Tel since March 2024, Muhammad previously held the same position at TransData International from January 2023 to March 2024, focusing on SaaS product support. Prior to this, Muhammad was a Technical Team Lead at MENTOR PAKISTAN, overseeing client product development, and worked as a Backend Support Executive in the Jazz B2B domain and a Customer Support Officer in a Telenor outbound campaign at Abacus Consulting from April 2018 to August 2022. Muhammad began the career in electrical engineering as an Electrical Supervisor at Sadiq Trade Center Lahore from May 2015 to April 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National College of Business Administration and Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Lead Educational Systems Lahore, and a Diploma of Associate Engineering from Pak Punjab Technical College.
