Mitch Mills

Mitch Mills, CSP, brings extensive experience in safety management, currently serving as the Director of Safety at Outsource Utility Contractor Corporation since October 2023. Previously, Mitch held roles as Senior Safety Director and Director of Safety at Herman Weissker, Inc. and Meruelo Enterprises, Inc. from August 2021 to October 2024. Mitch's background also includes serving as Regional Safety Manager at Edison Power Constructors, Safety Manager at Braun Electric Company, and Public Utilities Safety Administrator for the City of Anaheim. Mitch's career in safety management began at Braun Electric Company from 2011 to 2017, including a tenure as Safety Manager. Mitch holds an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University, earned between 2012 and 2014.
