Shady Amer

Shady Amer is the CEO and Managing Director at Outsourcing Skills since September 2017. As CEO and Co-founder of Sectors from December 2019 to December 2021, Shady played a key role in the company. Prior to these roles, Shady worked as a Call Centre Manager for Universal Payment Services (UPS Kuwait) where Shady managed call center operations in Egypt and Kuwait. Shady also has experience as a Call Center Manager at HI-Connect, where Shady managed various projects and resources. Earlier in their career, Shady worked as a Communication Specialist at Etisalat and as a Call Center Agent at Xceed. Shady holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Zoology from Helwan University Cairo.
