Otabek Yorkinov

Otabek Yorkinov is a seasoned System Architect at Outsourcing Technology, Inc. since June 2013, specializing in Java (SpringBoot), machine learning models using C#, Python, Keras, and R, as well as computer vision and natural language processing. Otabek also develops applications utilizing Cloud Cognitive Services and augmented/mixed reality applications for Microsoft Hololens using C# and Unity. Prior experience includes a role as a Script Engineer/Developer at Nokia, focusing on RAN/Core KPI data analysis and machine learning model development, along with tools for operational monitoring. Otabek's earlier positions include Service Engineer at Ericsson and Script Engineer at Nokia, developing tools for KPI analysis. Academically, Otabek holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and Communication Networks and has pursued a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering, both from Waseda University.
