Tajinder Malhotra

Tajinder Malhotra has had a diverse work experience in various roles within the accounting and operations field. Starting in 1998 as an Accountant at Premium Mouldings and Pressings (P) Ltd., Tajinder then worked as a Senior Accountant at Taj Press from 2003 to 2006. Following this, Tajinder joined OutsourcingHubIndia (OHI) in 2006 and held various positions including Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. Tajinder has led teams of varying sizes, ranging from 10 to 85+ members, and has been responsible for handling accounting work for property management, retailer compliance, financial analysis, and in-depth review and auditing of books of accounts. The work experience provided spans from 1998 to the present.

Tajinder Malhotra earned a Senior Secondary degree in Commerce from M.C.L. Saraswati Bal Mandir in 1996. Tajinder then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Delhi University, which they completed in 1999. In 2001, Tajinder obtained the degree of Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India after completing the Intermediate level. Tajinder furthered their education by enrolling in the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2008 and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance in 2010.
