Alicia Bernstein

Alicia Bernstein is a seasoned strategic operations executive currently serving as the Head of Operations at Outstanding Foods, Inc. since December 2023, where focus is on driving growth and profitability through innovative supply chain management. Previously, Alicia held roles at Kinder Beauty as Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations and Merchandising Director, leading growth initiatives and optimizing product offerings. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Merchandise Planner at David's Bridal, where significant financial management and new product initiatives were successfully executed. Alicia's career also encompasses positions at Destination Maternity Corp and Coty, where expertise in merchandise planning and new product development was developed.
