Nokuthula Joy Mtegha Nhlapo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and sales management. Currently serving as the General Manager for Broker Sales at OUTsurance, Nhlapo has previously held various leadership roles within the company, including General Manager of Operations and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Nhlapo's background includes significant supply chain and logistics expertise gained from positions at Shell, such as Supply Chain Development Lead and Supply Planner Lead-SA. Nhlapo began a career in industrial engineering at Anglo American as a Graduate Industrial Engineer. The educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with distinctions in Operations Management from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
