Kate Guarino

Kate Guarino started their work experience as a Marketing Communications Intern at the John F Kennedy Library Foundation in September 2002. Kate then worked at Vanu, Inc. in a role related to Recruiting and HR from January 2004 to May 2009. Following that, Kate joined Pegasystems in August 2009, where they held the position of Director, Talent Management & Operations until August 2018. Currently, they serve as the Sr Director, Global People Success at OutSystems, a position they have held since September 2018.

Kate Guarino attended Boston University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Kate then went on to Cornell University, where they obtained a Change Leadership Certificate in 2017.
