Kim Seabrook is responsible for driving growth at OutSystems, leading global go-to-market strategy and operations, scaling the sales organization, and inspiring the customer and partner communities to build what’s next with OutSystems.

Kim is a growth-driven revenue leader with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise sales and 16 years in executive leadership. Most recently, Kim led North American Enterprise Revenue at Shopify, where she built and scaled Enterprise revenues to become a key growth engine for the company. Prior to Shopify, Kim held senior revenue leadership roles at Pendo and Salesforce.

Known for her ability to align GTM strategy, culture, and execution, Kim has guided global teams through major transformations, leveraging AI, data, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver predictable, scalable growth. Her leadership style blends operational rigor with empathy and purpose—creating high-performing, values-driven teams that deliver impact for both customers and the business.

Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill. She is passionate about culture-building, inclusion, and social impact, with long-standing volunteer commitments focused on disaster recovery, community rebuilding, and education initiatives worldwide.
