Kimberly Samalis

Kimberly Samalis has a diverse work experience in contract management and administration. Kimberly currently serves as the Lead Commercial Contract Manager at OutSystems, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Contract Manager at OutSystems starting in November 2021.

Before joining OutSystems, Kimberly worked at BMC Software as the Lead Contracts Manager from December 2014 to November 2021. Prior to BMC Software, they worked at JDA Software as a Senior Contracts Specialist from August 2008 to November 2014. In this role, they independently reviewed, drafted, and negotiated complex technology-related commercial global contracts.

Before JDA Software, Kimberly worked at Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Corporate Paralegal from December 2006 to August 2008. In this role, they drafted and maintained contracts and letter agreements and acted as a liaison for Corporate Counsel.

Kimberly also has experience as a Contract Negotiator at Skillsoft Corporation from March 2006 to December 2006, and as a Contract Administrator at Cognos Corporation from October 2003 to March 2006. Additionally, they worked as a Contract Administrator at State Street Global Advisors from May 2003 to October 2003, where they prepared legal contracts and coordinated communication between different departments and clients.

Throughout their career, Kimberly has demonstrated their ability to negotiate complex legal issues, draft contracts, and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Kimberly Samalis completed their education from 1999 to 2003 at Northeastern University. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate's degree in Business.
