Paulo Silva

Paulo Silva has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Paulo began their career as a Software Engineer at PDSL - Papelaco Equipamentos para Teletratamento de Informação, Grupo Papelaco, where they worked on a multimedia platform project for a Portuguese bank, gaining international work experience in Madrid. Paulo then joined Altitude Software as a Software Senior Engineer, focusing on the development of the web component of the company's product.

In 2001, Paulo transitioned to OutSystems, where they held various managerial positions, including Manager of Engineering & IT Services and Manager of Engineering Services. Paulo also served as an IT Manager, overseeing information technology staff, recruiting and training employees, and implementing strategic plans for information technologies. Additionally, Paulo worked as a Principal Consultant in Expert Services and as an Applications Lead in Success Operations at OutSystems.

Their most recent roles at OutSystems include Director of Customer Care, Director of the Office of the CTO, and currently, Director of Strategic CO Programs. Paulo has demonstrated expertise in both technical and managerial roles throughout their career.

Paulo Silva attended the Colégio Marista de Carcavelos from 1983 to 1986. Paulo later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Superior Técnico from 1992 to 1997.
