Roshni Jaiswal

Roshni Jaiswal is a seasoned educational professional with a diverse background in instructional design and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Senior Course Developer for Technical Knowledge at OutSystems since September 2023, Roshni has previously held significant roles including Senior Instructional Designer at Tata Consultancy Services and Curriculum Developer at ServiceNow. With experience at Capgemini, LearningMate, and Aptara, Roshni has developed a strong foundation in instructional design. Roshni began a career in education as a Senior Secondary Teacher and School Counselor at St. Agnes Convent School and has also contributed as an Instructional Designer and Content Developer at ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. Roshni holds a Bachelor of Education in Psychology and English from the Institute of Education for Women, a Master’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethune College.
