Teresa Sousa

Teresa Sousa is a Senior People Development & Experience Specialist at OutSystems since November 2018, where responsibilities include designing innovative learning programs, enhancing the digital onboarding experience, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. With prior roles as a People Development & Experience Specialist and People Programs Associate, Teresa contributed to children's education as a tutor, and supported technology commercialization as a Business Development Intern at COHiTEC. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the NOVA Skills Association, improving recruitment processes, and co-organizing numerous events aimed at student development. Teresa holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and two Bachelor's degrees in Management and Journalism from reputable institutions.
