Tilek Mamutov

Tilek Mamutov is the Co-Founder and CEO of Outtalent. Tilek was previously a Project Lead at Google[x], where they started a new machine learning project and brought it to its first seven-figure client. In the process, they had to revive the project after running out of money by building a team of passionate volunteers from a variety of Alphabet teams.

Prior to their work at Google, Tilek was a teacher of software engineering at the American University of Central Asia, where they developed the first Flash course in Kyrgyzstan, became the youngest teacher in college history, and achieved top ratings in anonymous student reviews. Under their instruction, several students from social studies departments got Flash-related jobs soon after the course.

Tilek has also worked as a freelance web developer.

Tilek Mamutov's educational career began at Y Combinator, where they studied software engineering. Tilek then went on to study at American University of Central Asia (AUCA), where they earned a Bachelor of Science in software engineering.
