Robert S. Rivera

Robert S. Rivera, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal industry. Robert S. is currently the Director of Litigation Operations at Outten & Golden LLP, where they oversee litigation operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Litigation Operations Manager at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Rivera had roles at Vedder Price, where they were a Litigation and Practice Support Supervisor and a Paralegal. At Gordon & Rees LLP, they worked as a Paralegal, handling various employment and litigation matters, including employment audits, discrimination cases, and bankruptcy representation. Additionally, at Greenberg Traurig, they served as a Litigation Paralegal, specializing in multi-million-dollar accounting malpractice litigation and other litigation matters.

In 2012, Rivera gained experience in international insurance regulation as an Intern at the International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce. Robert S. assisted with research and policy drafting related to the growth of the international insurance market.

Rivera also has experience in intellectual property at Kenyon & Kenyon, where they worked as an Intellectual Property Case Manager and a Paralegal. Robert S. managed international patent litigation matters and developed protocols for electronic document management.

With an MBA and a strong background in litigation and operations, Robert S. Rivera brings a wealth of expertise to their current role as the Director of Litigation Operations at Outten & Golden LLP.

Robert S. Rivera, MBA completed their Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University - College of Business from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Miami, graduating between 1996 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, Robert has also obtained several certifications including RelativityOne Review Pro and Brainspace Certified Specialist, among others.
