Diana Tickell

Diana Tickell currently serves as the Foundation Chair of The Exodus Travel Foundation since December 2023. Diana holds a significant role as Treasurer and member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications Leadership) since July 2010. Diana is also an Advisory Council Member at Outvertising and served on the Advisory Board of Tanba from January 2022 to February 2024. As a founding member of the Steering Committee for #timeTo from January 2018 to December 2023, Diana contributed to leadership in addressing workplace culture. Previously, Diana was the Chief Executive Officer of NABS from March 2015 to April 2022 and has held impactful positions at Barnardo's between January 2002 and February 2015, including Deputy Chief Executive - Acting and Executive Director of Marketing, overseeing Fundraising, Retail and Trading, Marketing, and Communications. Additional experience includes roles as UK Director of Marketing and Business Change at Barnardo's, Deputy Client Services Director at Lion, and Group Account Director at Brann Worldwide. Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) in Business Studies (Travel & Tourism) from Northumbria University between 1986 and 1990.
