Rutger Alsbach

Rutger Alsbach is an accomplished IT and privacy lawyer with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently a Partner and Associate at HarveyBloom since March 2017, Alsbach also serves as a Lecturer/Trainer at IIR Netherlands, providing training for IT lawyers. As the founder of Alsbach Consult, an independent consultancy established in January 2016, Alsbach focuses on legal aspects of business, including GDPR compliance and contracting processes. Previous roles include General Counsel at ANVA, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Legal Counsel at Capgemini Nederland, and Attorney-at-Law at various law firms specializing in IT contracts, intellectual property, and privacy law.
