Jessica Bulger is a dedicated leader in Indigenous governance and education with extensive experience. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the Australian Indigenous Governance Institute since October 2021, Jessica also holds dual roles as Co Chair and Non Executive Director at Outward Bound Australia. Previous positions include Director roles at the CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program, overseeing university programs, engagement, and various program management positions. Jessica's background in education includes roles as an Indigenous Tutorial Assistance Scheme Coordinator at the University of Wollongong, a Visual Arts Teacher with the NSW Department of Education, and various positions at the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney Koori Centre. The educational qualifications include an Emerging Indigenous Executive Leadership Program and a Certificate in Executive Management and Development from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, along with a Bachelor of Education in Visual Arts from UNSW.
