Carmen Fong's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as an Assistant Manager at DAISO until 2015. From 2013 to 2018, they served as a Site Supervisor at Propark America, overseeing parking operations and staff. In 2017, Carmen had a brief Student Internship at Breathe California of the Bay Area. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Saratoga Retirement Community as a Human Resources Assistant, where they handled various HR responsibilities, including payroll management, employee onboarding, compliance tracking, and event planning. Currently, since 2021, they are functioning as a Project Coordinator at Outward, Inc.
