The Education Management team at Outwood Grange Academies Trust is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the academic performance and operational effectiveness of the trust's schools. Led by the Executive Principal, the team collaborates with Regional and Network Managers to implement educational strategies, provide support for staff development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education across all academies. Their goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive student success throughout the network.
