Bijesh Chandran Kaimal

Bijesh Chandran Kaimal is currently serving as the Digital Growth and Strategy Manager at Outwrk since November 2023. Previously, Bijesh held the position of Business Analyst at Innovist from June 2022 to December 2023. Bijesh's early experience includes a role as a Management Trainee in Claims and Underwriting at IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd., focusing on underwriting and pricing for key crop insurance programs and claim assessments for the weather-index based insurance scheme. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Amul, where market research on major dairy brands in Kerala was conducted, and involvement in field segment studies at Milma, analyzing development parameters and production costs among farmers. Bijesh also completed a summer internship at Hindustan Organic Chemical Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
