Michael L. Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael L. started their career at Boise Cascade as a Project Engineer and Paper Machine Superintendent, where they managed operations on multiple paper machines and led an innovative Bayer Process facility. Following this role, they joined International Multifoods as a Food Service General Manager, where they successfully improved profits and efficiency for the company. Reynolds then worked at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing large sports screen installations, including the iconic Dallas Cowboys Stadium project. Michael L. later ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Reynolds Construction LLC, specializing in commercial and custom residential home building and project management. Finally, Reynolds joined OVAL International, where they served as the Engineering Manager and the Director of Operations, responsible for engineering, R&D, and efficiency improvement projects across multiple global locations.
