Brigitte Mouligneau is an experienced professional in the field of circular economy and transition management, currently serving as Transitiemanager circulaire economie and Beleidsadviseur transitie circulaire economie at OVAM since June 2016, and as Transitiemanager Circulaire Economie at Vlaanderen Circulair since May 2018.
