Léon Armel TJADE has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2009 to 2015, they were the Secretary General of Association ESPOIR A LA VIE. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Principal Manager at Ets Maguy Services, where they achieved or exceeded financial goals on a regular basis by controlling expenses, optimizing schedules, and regulating inventory usage. From 2016 to 2020, they held multiple roles at Ovamba Solutions, Inc., including Head of Collections ovamba Cameroon solutions, Collections and Liquidations Analyst, Associate Account Executive/prospector, and Stock Controller. In 2020, they were an Ambassador ibuumerang at ibüümerang. Finally, in 2021, they became an Independent Distributor at I-FERN Corporation.

Léon Armel TJADE holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Eurasian Management and Administration School - EMAS Business School, obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics Policies Analysing from the University of Yaounde 2 Soa in 2008. In 2021, they obtained three certifications: a Diploma in Operations Management (Ops) from Alison - Free Online Learning, an Introduction to Time Management from Alison - Free Online Learning, and an Introduction to Anti-Money Laundering Regulations from Alison - Free Online Learning.
