Currently serving as an Executive/Personal Assistant to the Owner at Ovation Co since December 2024, Kaitlyn previously held similar roles at NBTV, Rialto Capital Management, and BlackRock, where responsibilities included managing complex schedules, arranging travel, and facilitating executive communications. With a background in legal support as a paralegal in matrimonial and social security disability law, as well as experience in corporate real estate and human resources, Kaitlyn demonstrates a well-rounded skill set. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University in 2014.
