Armen Hadjimanoukian

Armen Hadjimanoukian has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA. They have held various roles including Director of Development and Project Manager at Ovation Development, where they oversaw the construction of nearly 900 multifamily units. Additionally, they have experience as a Pre-Development Project Manager at Newmark Realty Capital, Inc., an intern at The McDevitt Company and Ovation Development, and as a member of the Westwood Neighborhood Council and the Undergraduate Student Association Council at UCLA. They also served as Chief of Staff for the Facilities Commission and managed projects aimed at sustainability and safety at UCLA.
