Dwayne Gunter

Dwayne Gunter has a extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Dwayne is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Ovation Healthcare since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at QHR for four years from 2019 to 2023, serving as President and later as Chief Executive Officer. From 2017 to 2019, they held executive positions at The HCI Group, including EVP & Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Growth Officer. Before that, they were Vice President at Parallon from 2012 to 2017, where they contributed to the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions. Dwayne also served as VP IT Partner Solutions at HCA from 2010 to 2012 and held management roles at ePartners from 2006 to 2010. Their career in the healthcare industry began in 2003 when they joined ePartners as a Senior VP. Dwayne Gunter's expertise lies in strategic planning, executive leadership, and driving growth in healthcare organizations.

Dwayne Gunter earned a Doctorate degree in Business Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1988 and 1989. Gunter began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University, graduating from 1984 to 1988.
