Ricky Walls

Ricky Walls is an experienced IT professional specializing in service desk analysis and major incident management. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst III and Major Incident Manager at Ovation Healthcare, Ricky previously held positions such as Service Desk Analyst III and II at 3D Technology Group, LLC, and Service Desk Analyst II and IT Helpdesk Analyst at Acadia Healthcare. Ricky began a career in IT as a Network/Systems Administrator at NCI and earlier worked as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Acadia Healthcare.
