Terri Edger has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and technology industries. Terri is currently the VP Patient Services Amplify RCM at Ovation Healthcare since 2023. Prior to this, Terri worked at MedCo Services | Healthcare Revenue Cycle Solutions as the Vice President Operations starting in April 2019. Before that, they served as the Director of Call Center Operations and Client Service Manager at the same company. Terri's career began at Lockheed Martin where they were the Deputy Manager of the ACE-IT Enterprise Service Desk from September 2011 to May 2014. Terri also held the position of Operations Manager at EMCO Technologies' ACE-IT Enterprise Service Desk from May 2008 to September 2011.

Terri Edger earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Technology from Athens State University. In addition, they obtained certifications in Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) from HFMA Alabama in 2014 and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in 2012.
