Michel Jones

Michel Jones is currently the CFO & People Leader at OvationMR. Prior to this, Michel was with Conduent as the Vice President: Global Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, Michel was responsible for Talent Acquisition across global Conduent Inc. This included the strategy and management of the hiring of both professional and high volume resources. Before joining Conduent, Michel was with Ovation Worldwide as a Senior Director. In this role, Michel consulted with startups and small to medium clients in a time of change and growth on strategic HR and Talent challenges. Michel has also held the positions of Global Practice Director with K.P.D.O. and Workforce Management Leader/HR Asia Pacific with IBM. Most recently, prior to joining OvationMR, Michel was Advisory Health Industries HR Transformation Director, Global Delivery Services HR Leader with PwC. Michel has extensive experience in HR, talent and staffing, across strategy, build and operations, with a particular focus on growth and change, strategy and operations.

Michel Jones has a BA from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma from Monash University.

Michel Jones reports to James Whaley, CEO. They work with Jenn Whaley - Director - Global Insights Solutions, Alex Sutter - Senior Director, Qualitative Insights + Hybrid, and Wayne Wong - COO.
