Andy Hartos has a diverse work experience in the fields of digital experience optimization, e-commerce, pricing, promotions, and merchandising. Andy has most recently worked at Ovative Group as the Director of Digital Experience Optimization, where they led a team focused on improving digital experiences for large companies. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Digital Experience Optimization, delivering conversion rate optimization consulting services to clients across various industries. Andy also has experience in site optimization and analytics. Before joining Ovative Group, Hartos worked at Best Buy as an E-commerce Category Manager, responsible for all aspects of the e-commerce business for a defined category. Andy also worked at Target, where they held roles such as Pricing and Promotions Strategy Lead, Merchandise Planning Manager, Buyer, Segmentation Expert, and Business Analyst in the Merchandise Planning division. In these roles, they monitored competitor actions, leveraged data to develop insights and recommendations, led teams, maximized sales, and drove profitable growth through strategic planning and optimization of assortment, pricing, merchandising, and promotions.
Andy Hartos holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Google Analytics 4 Certification from Google in September 2022, the Contentsquare Certified Expert certification from Contentsquare in September 2021, the Contentsquare Certified Partner certification from Contentsquare in September 2021, and the Mobile Experience Certification from Google in August 2021.
