Justin Grossi

Justin Grossi is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with extensive experience in project engineering, having managed multiple projects at OVE DECORS since September 2021, where responsibilities included packaging and product design improvements. Prior military service as a Corporal in the Canadian Armed Forces contributed to leadership skills and problem-solving abilities in high-stress environments. Previous roles include Research and Development Technician at Robco Inc., where Justin developed IoT infrastructure and managed data systems, and an internship as a Human Factors Specialist at Bombardier, focusing on maintenance error analysis for aircraft. Early experience at Space Concordia involved designing rocket components, showcasing a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and teamwork.
