Michael Carlini has had a long and varied career. Michael began their professional career in 1980 as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Finance at York College of Pennsylvania. In 1990, they became an Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at Alvernia University. In 2004, they became the CEO of MCPacific Holdings. In 2005, they became the CEO of Oven Industries Inc. and in 2007, they became the CEO of Butler Mobility Products.

Michael Carlini obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Susquehanna University in 1974, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Drexel University in 1978. Michael also obtained a CGMA Certification from the CPA State of Pennsylvania in 1976.
