Maggie Blanc-White

Maggie Blanc-White, currently the Director of Human Resources & Training at Overaa Construction, has been with the company since March 1998. Prior to joining Overaa Construction, Maggie worked as the Practice Area Administrator at Analysis Group from 1995 to 1998. Maggie holds degrees from Sonoma State University and University of Washington, Seattle. At Overaa Construction, Maggie is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, employee development and leadership training, benefits, and worker compensations. Additionally, Maggie works closely with California's leading university construction programs to cultivate and mentor the industry's up and coming leaders.
