Paula Benone

Paula Benone, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR leader and strategist with extensive experience across various industries. They began their career at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company as a Human Resources Representative before progressing to roles at Bay Medical Management, YapStone, Inc., and Parnassus Investments, where Paula served as the firm's first formal HR professional. From 2012 to 2015, Paula worked at Insperity as a Client Liaison/Human Resource Specialist, providing tailored HR solutions for a diverse client base. Currently, Paula holds the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Overaa Construction, leading HR operations for over 400 employees. They are pursuing a BA in Psychology at the University of California, Davis.
