Richard Tran has a diverse background in contract management. Richard currently holds the position of Commercial Contracts Manager at Overair, where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract formation in the electronic Vertical Take Off and Landing (eVTOL) vehicles industry. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Senior Principal Contracts Administrator at Northrop Grumman, where they effectively managed and processed Change Request contracts for the F-35 program.
