Richard Arzooyan

Richard Arzooyan is an experienced professional in quantity surveying and commercial management, currently serving as a Contract Manager and Commercial Manager at Overbury since December 2019. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Commercial Director for Major Works at BW: Workplace Experts from March 2016 to August 2019. Richard's extensive career in quantity surveying began in 1991 as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Fitzpatrick, followed by roles as a Quantity Surveyor at A J Wilson and a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Overbury from April 1995 to March 2016. Richard holds a BSc Hons 2:1 in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University, completed between 1989 and 1993, following education at Twyford C of E - West Acton.
