Shane Kelly

Shane Kelly has a diverse work experience in the areas of sales, marketing, and customer service. Shane worked as an Account Director at Overdrive Interactive starting in October 2006. Prior to that, they were the Owner of a "secret shopper" service called Entropy Solutions from March 2003 to June 2005. In this role, they used quantitative data modeling to benchmark client performance and improve customer experience. Before that, from February 2001 to April 2003, they served as the Northeast Sales & Marketing Manager at Data Collections Unlimited, where they were involved in software development and usability testing for Wi-Fi hand-held computing systems in the hospitality industry.

Shane Kelly obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Business and Marketing from UMass Boston. Shane attended the university from 1998 to 2004.
