Bobby Petricini

Bobby Petricini has a background in history and a wealth of experience in various roles such as Outreach Educator, Community Outreach Coordinator, and Customer Service Specialist. Currently working as a Product Support Specialist I for OverDrive, Bobby assists in onboarding new academic libraries onto the Overdrive/Kanopy ecosystem and provides customer service for existing partners. Previously, Bobby has worked in roles such as Implementation Manager, Customer Service Specialist for Digital Book Fairs, and Graduate Teaching Assistant. With a Master of Arts in History from George Mason University and a Bachelor's of Arts from Kent State University, Bobby brings a strong educational foundation to their work.
