Lauren Cannavino

Lauren Cannavino has over a decade of experience in account management, editorial work, and sales support. Currently serving as Manager of Publisher Account Services at OverDrive since November 2015, Lauren has held various roles including Team Lead and Account Manager. Additionally, Lauren has maintained a freelance career as a writer and editor since December 2006. Prior professional experiences include serving as a Senior Sales Coordinator at Codonics, where assistance was provided to sales representatives in the US and Japan, and co-founding and editing Messy Magazine, an online publication focused on the creative community in Cleveland. Lauren holds a MA in English and a BA in Creative Writing from Cleveland State University, along with a certification in Fundamentals of Supervision and Management.
