Shannon Kelly is an accomplished marketing digital strategist with extensive experience in user experience design and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Marketing Digital Strategist II at OverDrive since May 2018, Shannon has developed strategic direction across various roles, including UX Digital Strategist II and User Interface Designer II, focusing on improving user experiences through research and data-driven design. Shannon's freelance work as a UX consultant and designer complements a solid background in conversion rate optimization from Fathom Marketing, as well as roles in social media coordination and graphic design in previous positions. Shannon holds a Master’s of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Multimedia and Web Design from The Art Institutes.
