Michael Koltinov

Michael Koltinov is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Overgear, a leading gaming e-commerce platform with over 1.5 million active users. Prior to this, Michael held positions as the Director of Operations at Flo Health Inc. and CEO of Flo Health LTU, as well as CEO Belarus and Country General Manager at Adform. With a background in law, Michael also has experience as a Senior Associate at COBALT Legal and an Associate at SORAINEN. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration degree from City Business School and a Master of Laws degree from Belarusian State Economic University.
