Svetlana Stepanenko

Svetlana Stepanenko is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Overgear since February 2025, Svetlana is also the Founder of LetLoveBLOOM, a subscription-based flower delivery service launched in July 2020. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at Nord Beaver from April 2023 to October 2024, overseeing financial operations for a Web3 Game Studio, and Chief Financial Officer at BetonMe, where Svetlana managed financial and business operations to achieve significant revenue growth. Svetlana holds a Master of Finance from Санкт-Петербургский Государственный Университет Экономики Финансов and an MBA in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Российская академия народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте РФ.
