Cassandra Collins

Head of Customer Success at Overgrad

Cassandra Collins has a wealth of experience in the education and customer success industries. Cassandra began their career in 2009 as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where they conducted experiments in social and clinical psychology. In 2010, they were a Coordinator of Psychological Health and Well-Being for the President's Leadership Class, writing and receiving a grant for their work. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at STRIVE Preparatory Schools, where they held four roles: Assistant Principal of College Access, Assistant Principal of STEM Instruction, Assistant Principal of School Culture, and College Advisor. In 2011, they also began teaching science at Creekside High School. In 2012, they joined LearnZillion as a Dream Team Teacher. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Achievement First as a College Readiness Teacher. In 2017, they joined DSST Public Schools as a Senior Manager of College Initiatives and Director of College Success. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Overgrad as Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Lead. In this role, they help customers get the most out of Overgrad, allowing them to focus their time on what matters most: students.

Cassandra Collins obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2011. Cassandra also obtained a BA in Psychology from the same institution in 2011. Additionally, they have a Leadership Studies certification from the University of Colorado Boulder.
