Kate O'Mahoney Sikora

Kate O'Mahoney Sikora has worked in various roles since 2008. Kate began their career as a Project Coordinator at Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill in 2008, followed by an Oakland Teaching Fellow at TNTP Teaching Fellows in 2009. Kate then worked as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Oakland Unified School District and Aspire Public Schools in 2009 and 2010 respectively. In 2013, they were a Graduate School Fellow at Education Pioneers and an Education Technology Graduate Intern at KQED. Kate also worked as a Business Analyst at Aspire Public Schools in the same year. In 2015, they joined SchoolMint as a School Accounts and Partnerships Manager, and was promoted to Director of Special Projects and Senior Director of Customer Success and Special Projects in subsequent years. In 2018, they moved to AltSchool as the Head of Customer Experience and Implementation Director. Most recently, they have been the Head of Growth at Overgrad since 2020.

Kate O'Mahoney Sikora received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Brown University in 2007. Kate then went on to Stanford University where they earned their Master of Arts degree in Education Policy, Leadership, and Management in 2013.
