Amy Campbell

Amy Campbell, PhD is a Chief People Officer at Overhaul, where Amy leads the strategy and execution of building and retaining an exceptional team. Amy also serves as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing operational teams and optimizing processes for scalability. Additionally, Amy has experience as a Customer Experience Manager, focusing on account management and customer onboarding. Prior to their current roles, Amy worked as a Lead Counselor at Rawson Saunders School and Leander ISD, where Amy developed counseling programs and provided support to students, teachers, parents, and administrators. Amy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from the University of Virginia.
