Ricardo Rosales

Ricardo Rosales has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ricardo 💽 began their career as a Guide at Museo Sol del Niño in 2003. Ricardo 💽 then worked as a Business Development professional at Cluster de Tecnologias de Informacion de Baja California in 2009. In 2010, they joined Sperantus as a Google Applications Consultant. From 2011 to 2014, Ricardo served as the Co-Founder and Community Manager for GDG Tijuana, where they organized various tech-related events. Ricardo 💽 then worked as a Systems Support professional at CARI.net in 2014 before joining Piksel Inc. as a Jr. Systems Engineer later that year. In 2016, Ricardo joined Blizzard Entertainment as a Service Engineer and later transitioned into the role of a Site Reliability Engineer in 2017. Following their time at Blizzard, they worked as a Senior Devops Engineer at Capital One in 2019. In 2020, Ricardo joined Slingshot Aerospace as a Lead Devops Engineer before assuming the role of Senior Devops Engineer at Overhaul in 2020. Currently, they holholde position of Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Overhaul.

Ricardo Rosales has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Ricardo 💽 also has a Diploma in Directive Development for IT Companies from CETYS Universidad, completed in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Ricardo has obtained several certifications including an edX Honor Code Certificate for Introduction to Linux in 2015 and another one in 2014, a Microsoft Certified Professional certification in 2014, and a Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute in 2014.
