Nien Duong has a Master's degree in Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university. Nien has held various senior management positions in engineering and operations at companies such as Bellisio Food, Overhill Farms, Nellson LLC, Lee Kum Kee, Tropicana/Naked Juice, and Stepan Company. Currently, Nien serves as the SVP of Manufacturing at Bellisio Food and as the Senior Vice President of Operation/Engineering at Overhill Farms.
