Nien Duong

Nien Duong is the VP of Operations at Overhill Farms. Nien has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Nien started their career as a Project Engineer at Stepan Company. Nien then moved to Tropicana/Naked Juice where they were the Engineering and Maintenance Manager. After Tropicana, they worked at Lee Kum Kee as the Sr Engineering Mgr/Operation Mgr. Most recently, they were at Nellson LLC as the Regional Director of Engineering.

Duong completed their BS in chemical engineering at California State University, Long Beach, and then went on to complete their MS in engineering at the same school.

Nien Duong reports to Terry O'Brien, President. They are on a team with Kevin Lyles - VP of Sales, Aleen Devore - SVP of Manufacturing, and Timothy LaLonde - CFO.
