Rachel Teoh

Rachel Teoh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety within the food industry. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Director at Overhill Farms since 2011, Rachel oversees a team of 30 staff members and leads the company's Food Safety and Quality Management Program as a Food Safety Chairperson. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Quality Assurance Manager at Lee Kum Kee USA from 2007 to 2011, where responsibilities included managing a team of 15 and successfully developing and implementing policies related to food safety and quality control. Earlier professional experience includes roles as an R&D Food Technologist at Yeo Hiap Seng LTD from 2004 to 2006 and as a Quality Control Specialist at ConAgra Foods from 2003 to 2004. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a certificate in Business Management from UCLA, complemented by education at Michigan State University.
