Gary Sanchez, CPM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in senior living and infrastructure services. Currently serving as Senior Agent at Overland, Pacific, & Cutler, LLC since September 2018, Gary focuses on enhancing lives through infrastructure and relocation services. Additionally, since May 2018, Gary has held the position of Executive Director at Surpass Senior Living, having previously held the same title at Sagora Senior Living from September 2015 to May 2018. Gary's experience also includes managerial roles at Holiday Retirement and as Finance Manager at Cook Inlet Housing Authority, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis and development of low-income and senior properties. Gary's earlier career includes leadership as Director of Development for Housing Authority/City of El Paso, Texas, overseeing various administrative and development functions. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from New Mexico State University.
